• Engineering of the General Lines (stress analysis according to ASME B31.3)
• General Lines Production at workshop and construction site
• Coordination with Civil Engineering of the building
• Design of the stamped and signed rack by a professional registered in the register of professionals
• Construction of the rack and the supporting structure, certified according to EN1090
• Installation of the rack and supporting structure as a qualified company according to EXC (execution class resulting from the project)
• Laying of pressure pipies (steam, condensate) with certified welders and certified welding procedures.
• Laying of water, starch, and air lines; from the source points to the machine connections.

Both the Service Rack and its supporting structure can be designed in different ways depending on the seismic classification, type of building and position of the general lines. It may be integrated with the building's supporting columns or stand alone, with carpentry legs directly on the floor foundation.
