Through this internal complaints mailbox, in accordance with Law 2/2023 of February 20th, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and anti-corruption, information or communications can be submitted regarding infringements of European Union Law, and actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense.

This channel must not be used to falsely or deliberately accuse others, and erroneous information must not be provided. Baviera Steam Systems SL, facing such complaints made in bad faith, with knowledge of their falsehood, or solely to undermine the reputation and prestige of Baviera Steam Systems SL, could seek protection from the Courts of Justice if there is a civil or criminal offense.

Communications can be made anonymously, although it is recommended to include your identification details in the communication.
